IT Support Analyst
Location: Metrotown, Burnaby

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Responsible for project developing and maintaining project plan, resolving issues and delivering regular status reports.

Manage the delivery of requirements documents, use-case documentation, prototypical user experiences, test plans, and rollout communications

Design and improve the Salesforce system by analyzing requirement, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications, studying current practices, designing modifications.

Work hand-in-hand with Salesforce consultant, develop, test/certify and install solutions into the production environment.

Manage IT vendor partners to ensure timely, quality and cost effective delivery of solution and services.

Summary of Experience:

1+ years Developer, Business Analysis, Project Management and Vendor Management

Experience of Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement Analysis and re-engineering

Experience of working within the Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations and other sectors on their process automation and optimization

Experience with JAVA development.

Experience with Salesforc.com development/administration is a plus



Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Solid analytical skills including requirements analysis, process mapping, test planning and problem solving

Ability to express complex technical ideas effectively to business stakeholder

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as part of a high performance team

Able to drive consensus for desired future state that meets business objectives

Good program/project management skills to develop and deploy large-scale technical solutions (planning, risk and issue management)

Strong interpersonal skills to interact in a team environment and collaborate with team members internal and external to the organization.

Excellent written and oral Mandarin/English communication skills are mandatory in this fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Natural curiosity and desire to learn.

Salesforce.com system development or administration would be advantageous.

Hold PMP qualification would be advantageous



Education:

BS degree in computer science or equivalent field plus 1 year
