岗位职责：

1、通过理解用户需求和产品逻辑，提供界面和交互等优化建议。

2、进行产品的交互和视觉输出，完成移动端、PC端的整套项目产品的视觉设计。

3、制定产品的UI规范，把控图标、控件、界面的设计风格和交互方式，保持产品整体体验的一致。

职位要求：

1、有一定交互意识，有较强的用户观念，在设计中能够充分考虑用户体验；

2、具有良好视觉功底，对色彩有敏锐的观察力及分析能力，思路开阔，创意丰富；

3、工作积极细心、有责任心，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

4、要求熟练掌握Photoshop、Illustrator等平面基础软件；

5、具有网站交互设计经验，了解HTML、CSS、javascript等网页语言者优先；

6、有系统扎实的SEO理论知识和丰富的SEO经验。
