• Work experience: one year in a QA/ food safety role in food manufacturing.

1. Perform pre-operation inspection. Coordinate and monitor sanitation activities.

2. Perform testing and monitoring of product quality.

3. Verify all food safety and quality records. File food safety/QA records.

4. Check food safety equipment and report equipment that is out of calibration.

5. Follow and enforce HACCP and Food Safety Procedures at all times.

6. Train staff members on Standard Operating Procedures and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures
