●  工作内容：

• 电子学习产品开发
• 使用adobecreap9创建在线学习模块和图形元素
• 从所提供的材料中开发出具有高度吸引力和影响力的在线学习解决方案
• 内容及物料管理/设计
• 验证和验证学习材料以满足预定义的需求
• 为在线节目、虚拟、社交学习、视频、印刷品等开发内容。
• 确定当前和未来的技术趋势、创新、行业标准和最佳实践，以确保所有参与者的参与
  

●  Responsibilities：

• eLearning Product Development
• Creation of online learning modules and graphical elements using Adobe Captive 9
• Develop highly engaging and impactful online learning solutions from material provided
• Content and Material Administration/Design
• Verify and validate learning materials to meet pre-defined requirements
• Develop content for online programs, virtual, social learning, videos, print, etc.
• Identify current and future technology trends, innovations, industry standards and best practises to ensure engagement of all participants
  

●  职位要求：

• 2 - 4年开发交互式电子学习模块的经验；
• 学士学位要求；
  

• Adobe Captivate 9中的知识；
• Adobe Photoshop知识；
• 具备管理学习管理系统所有功能的高级知识；
• 先进的语法技巧；
• 熟悉JavaScript, HTML5；
• 具备成人学习理论和教学设计方法的知识；
• 优秀的沟通技巧，流利的英语和法语(口语和书面)；
• 熟练使用Office办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)。
  

●  Requirements：

• Expert knowledge in Adobe Captivate 9
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Advanced knowledge in managing all functionality of a learning management system
• Advanced grammatical skills
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies is an asset
• Excellent communication skills; fluent English & French required (oral & written)
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
• Two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in developing interactive e-learning modules
• Bachelor’s degree required
