- Answer phone calls from clients and partners (90% of the time) and make phone calls (10% of the time);
- Answer an average of 100 calls per day;
- Explain, provide information and document records based on the content of the discussion;
- Change personal information on records and document new claims;
- Process queries via email and occasionally provide administrative support to the department;
- Attend daily departmental meetings;
- Work during the Client and Partner Service Department's business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.).
- 双语(口头及书面);
- 大学文凭(DCS)行政或同等学历;
- 至少两年在呼叫中心工作的客户服务经验;
- 了解个别保险产品、程序及法例(资产);
- 分析能力和良好的判断力;
- 灵活性和对变化的开放性;
- 具有团队精神和积极的工作态度。
