• 构建管理系统(MPS和SLX)数据源；
• 与系统的关键用户协作，增强对系统中可用信息的理解；
• 为个人计划小组提供相关的数据；
• 开发自动化数据流，保证数据的完整性和质量；
• 根据需要进行特别的自动化、数据提取和项目报告；
• 在其他活动中为团队提供支持。
  

●  Responsibilities：

• Build and manage data feeds for the Group Retirement administration systems (MPS and SLX)
• Continually evolve understanding of information available in systems by working with key users of those systems.
• Support Personal Plan Squad with data insights that relate to key initiatives and test-and-learn activities
• Develop automation processes to extract, transform, and load the data to be used for customer behaviours and insights, ensuring data integrity and quality
• Ad hoc automation, data extraction, and reporting projects as required
• Support the squad in other activities: strategy, prioritization, development of insight on customers, CRM enhancement, etc.
  

●  职位要求：

• 计算机科学、信息系统或相关专业；
• 有5年以上数据分析或数据工程工作经验优先；
• 掌握管理系统后端知识；
• 具备SSIS或其他分析语言(R, Python)的知识；
• 优秀的人际沟通能力(口头+书面)。
  

●  Requirements：

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5 years’ experience or more in a data analysis/data engineering role is preferred
• Back-end knowledge of Manulife Group Retirement administrative systems (schema, tables, location of data points, process flow)
• General knowledge of SSIS and/or other analytics languages (R, Python) would be an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal + written)
