• 分析数据预判增长趋势；
• 根据分析结果提交临时报告；
• 将大众需求转化为交付报告；
• 制定业绩指标；
• 编写管理层报告；
• 与支持团队紧密合作，并向相关决策者提供可操作建议；
• 主动分析数据，回答关键问题，着眼业务绩效驱动因素；
• 直接与管理层和用户合作，收集需求，建立联系。
  

●   MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets
• Deliver ad hoc reports based on results of analysis
• Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables
• Develop performance metrics
• Create management level reports
• Work closely with support teams to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
• Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity with an eye for what drives business performance, investigating and communicating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
• Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
  

●  职位要求：

• 3年以上数据分析和报告的工作经验；
• 文本数据集分析的经验；
• 很强的Excel技能；
• 能够研究和实施新的解决方案；
• 具备分析和报告工具的工作知识
• 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力；
• 有一定的法语和英语基础。
  

● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS：

• 3+ years of experience in delivering data analytics and reporting
• Experience performing analytics on text based data sets
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
• Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of French and English is required.
