●  工作内容:
  • 为公司内部活动提出并实施市场营销和沟通计划;
  • 协助发展及推行新的筹款活动;
  • 管理针对不同内部受众的传播制作(写作、修改、视觉效果选择、批准、翻译和分发);
  • 协调网上拍卖;
  • 组织中心活动的内部宣传和推广活动;
  • 组织大使委员会,支持其筹款工作;
  • 与中心协调电子捐款服务;
  • 提供与“公司中心”活动有关的客户服务;
  • 准备活动后的分析;
  • 协助团队完成各项日常工作;
  • 完成其他相关工作。
●  Responsibilities:
  • Propose and implement a marketing and communications plan for the internal Centraide campaign;
  • Help develop and undertake new fundraising activities;
  • Manage the production of communications aimed at various internal audiences (writing, revision, selection of visuals, approval, translation and distribution);
  • Coordinate online auctions (help IT team with the development of a microsite, update rules, source prizes, write prize descriptions, enter prizes in the microsite, plan sales schedule, track bids, liaise with IT team, follow up with buyers, monitor sales);
  • Organize activities related to internal communications and promotion for the Centraide campaign;
  • Organize the ambassadors committee and support members in their fundraising efforts;
  • Coordinate the electronic donations service with Centraide;
  • Provide customer service related to the corporate Centraide campaign;
  • Prepare the post-campaign analysis;
  • Assist the team with various routine tasks;
  • Carry out other related tasks.
●  职位要求:
  • 拥有活动策划、传播、公共关系、市场营销或其他相关专业的本科学历;
  • 良好的法语和英语听说读写能力;
  • 熟练使用微软办公软件;
  • 熟悉各类数字及社交媒体平台;
  • 注重细节,能独立完成多项任务;
  • 较强的团队合作能力和建立良好工作关系的能力;
  • 创造力和主动性。
●  Requirements:
  • Enrolment in an undergraduate program in event planning, communications, public relations or marketing or in another relevant program;
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English with excellent writing skills;
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
  • Good knowledge of various digital and social media platforms;
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed and able to multitask;
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build good working relationships;
  • Creativity and sense of initiative.
