Job Summary
Financial Eastern Star is seeking a full-time front desk.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Greeting all clients
* Maintaining the reception and front entrance presentable for all visitors.
* Assisting with inputting data into internal systems when required.
* Assisting all incoming inquiries by telephone and email in both English and Chinese.
* Complete all financial transaction via cash, credit or debit
* Post receipts and file invoices as required.

Qualifications and Skills
* Complete fluency in both English and Chinese
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience working as a front desk receptionist is an asset
* Ability to multitask and prioritize
Education: Post－Secondary education
