Responsibilities:
•Track all data via sales database, actively arrange for cold calls and Inbound/ Outbound Calls for customer reorders
•Receive order via email, telephone and input into workflow system, and schedule delivery with Sales Rep
•Input data into order system and keep track with products inventory
•Ensure updated copies of schedules, brochures and other forms are available
•Assist with office activities as needed
•Fluent in English,Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset
Work experience:
•At least one year of sales experience or customer experience
•At least one year of administrative assistant related experience
Education:
•High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required
