We are hiring Store Manager/Operating Manager oversees the general operations of the store.


Major duties:
-- Making sure the store runs smoothly, cleanly and efficiently.

-- Managing about 12 employees for daily operating.

--Supervising the sales processing by salespersons.

-- Making sure the call-in/walk-in/email-in orders were processed by Sales Manager properly and in time.

-- Planning the daily schedule of employees and promoting the business. Interview, hire, coordinate and discipline the employees.

Requirement:
-- 3+ years retail (wholesales) working experience
-- 1+ year store manager experience (Managing 10+ staff).
-- Strong sales background and passionate about customer service
-- A lover of electronics and networks.
-- Must be dedicated, reliable and punctual.
-- Always Demonstrate positive and professional behaviour towards Guests and co-workers.
-- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and build a successful team.
-- Excellent organization and time management skills
-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Working location: Missisauga near derry/airport rd
Salary and Benefits:
--- $25/hour. Will raise by the performance and experience.
