We are hiring an Account Executive (AE) for our client company, this position is part sales and part project manager who will actively seek out new business and sales opportunities while managing existing projects and accounts. The AE interacts with prospective clients to uncover their requirements and provides a complete solution for their signage needs. This position is focused on maximizing margin sales, developing new businesses, maintaining positive client relationships and meeting sales objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
— Post-secondary certificate or diploma — Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in sales or project coordinating functions — Energetic team player who works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines — Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor — Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organization skills — Highly proficient in both oral and written English, fluently speak Cantonese would be more beneficial,communicating effectively and tactfully Working experience in the signage industry is an asset — Proficiency with MS Office — Excellent social skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients — Able and willing to work with a flexible schedule (days/evenings) as business needs dictates — Comfortable working in a demanding environment where sales quota targets must be achieved — Hold a valid Driver’s license with clean driving record. Use of own vehicle for business travel required (mileage will be compensated)
MAJOR DUTIES:
— Utilize strong project management skills to drive sales initiatives to ensure annual revenue targets are met and within budget — Attend and participate in trade shows, industry functions, supplier events, and other promotional events, to develop strong network of contacts and actively seek out potential opportunities — Manage multiple deadlines by coordinating with various clients and trades to ensure requirements and deadlines are met. — Contact leads to introduce the company and secure potential sales opportunities — Provide support in the coordinating processes for projects where necessary — Coordinated meetings with internal and external contacts such as designers, general contractors, and architects to communicate project details, drawings and ensuring projects are executed seamlessly — Oversee the coordination and processes within each stage of the sales process to ensure projects are delivered up to client’s requirements — Respond to unforeseen issues such as changes in site conditions, city restrictions, delivery delays and production errors through clear communication both internally and externally, thinking ahead and having alternative plans
Working time: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
Working place: Central of Scarborough
Salary: $40,000 -$50,000 annual salary, plus commission, decided after interview
