Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day management of the Condominium Buildings and operation of corporation administration • Direct and oversee all property maintenance • Provide advice and guidance to the Board of Directors, Property Owners and their residents/tenants as required • Supervise and organize all contractors and contractor work; negotiate contracts; provide feedback on contractor performance, delivering results at the most efficiency ways and reasonable budget • Maintain control of all operating and reserve expenses in accordance with annual budgets • Provide emergency on-call after-hours service • Attend evening Board Meetings and Special Meetings and Owners’ Meetings as required • Act as liaison between the Board of Directors, all owners and the Property Management company • Other duties as assigned as described in the Property Management Agreement
Qualifications
• Superior and effective Owner services and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills • Familiar and solid understanding of the Ontario Condominium Act and other laws & practices related to condominium corporation operations • Knowledge of budget preparation and financial statements • Ability and commitment to professionally maintain all operations records, documents and assets of the corporation • CMRAO Limited License required • Minimum two years’ condominium property management industry experience • Proficient computer skills (MS Office and basic Property Management Systems) a must
