This family owned business, owns and operates a diverse portfolio, consisting of multi-residential, commercial and retail properties. Your new role Seeking an experienced Site Property Administrator in GTA locations. Right candidate must possess of:
What you'll need to succeed Responsibilities • To provide clerical and administrative support at the condominium site under the direction of the Supervisors and/or Property Managers • To maintain residents’ data base and set up relevant new owner files and update changes as required • To visit and inspect properties periodically with the Property Manager and may direct maintenance staff to undertake specific duties • Good communication skills with board members, owners and their residents/tenants • Receive incoming mail, directs to the Property Manager and coordinate out-going correspondence • To attend condominium monthly and/or annual meetings as directed; acts as recording secretary or scrutineer; types notices of annual meeting agendas, Managers’ Reports, Minutes and mails to registered owners and other approved recipients • To receive and respond to telephone calls and messages from residents, owners, and public regarding complaints, maintenance concerns, and repair requests, notify Property Manager • To arrange for repairs as directed by Property Manager and respond appropriately to urgent problems in the absence of the Property Manager. Follows up on maintenance requests/ repairs/services as necessary to ensure that issues have been addressed or resolved satisfactorily • Other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers
Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Minimum of one year of office or administrative experience • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products (MS Word and Excel) with a solid accounting background
