Experienced Lead Generators/ Sales Associates
Great Toronto area based financial service company is looking for experienced Lead Generators/Sales Associates We are looking for experienced Lead Generators. Experience in the financial services business would be an asset. Must be accountable and be able to work with minimum supervision.
Duties will include research,identifying and contacting qualified prospects via telephone, seminars, events and social media to set up appointments with our sales staff.
Must be familiar with and adhere to the Federal DNC regulations.

  • · Pleasant telephone etiquette is a must
  • · Ability to maintain records and databases for potential prospects.


Responsibilities - Identify and qualify prospects derived from marketing efforts via seminar, telephone, email, social media, etc.
- Build and cultivate relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales process.
- Set appointments for sales staff to meet with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients from seminars and events.

QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum one year of experience in direct marketing, field marketing, direct sales, field sales, telesales, customer service, customer relations, client services, business development, or other marketing & sales related fields.
- Professional and persistent in finding ways to reach target client.
- Possess poise and confidence and the ability to think quickly.
- Ability to identify new prospects from multiple sources and develop new business prospects.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of online marketing metrics.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through email and via telephone.
- Fluent in English & Mandarin

  • · 能够从多个来源识别新的潜在客户并开发新的业务前景。
  • · 出色的组织能力。
  • · 出色的人际交往能力。
  • · 熟悉在线营销。
  • · 能够通过电子邮件和电话清晰有效地进行沟通。
  • · 流利的英语和普通话。
