- An accounting designation is not necessary but a combination of education and experience is preferable;
- Work experience and knowledge of QuickBooks as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel etc.);
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail;
- Eager to learn and able to work under pressure;
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage several tasks;
- Perform other financial duties as required;
- Must be prepared to 'wear many hats' and multitask on a daily basis;
- Good written and verbal communication in English & Cantonese/Mandarin;
- Bookkeeping: 1 year +
- QuickBooks: 1 year +
