He/ She will work closely with ourhead office team and grow together with the company. Key Responsibilities ·Welcome and greet customers in a professionalmanner ·Pick up income phone calls and provideconsulting to customers ·Ensure high level of customer satisfactionthrough excellent customer service ·Accurately describe product features andbenefits ·Determine specific scheduling requirements ·Build up and retain a long relationship with clients ·Recommend and demonstrate items that matchcustomer needs ·Processing the paperwork for various tasks
Skills and Attributes ·People-oriented and results-driven ·Basic understanding of sales principles andcustomer service practices ·Solid communication and interpersonal skills ·Basic administration skills ·Able to develop and expand the relevant network
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: •1 year experience or equivalent Salesrelated experience; •Experience with Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
