岗位职责 ●   
Engage with equity partners, attorneys, lenders, brokers and internal departments on deal transactions ●   
Reach out and maintain relationship with credit investors to expand company’s customer base ●   
Analyze investment opportunities such as detailed pro-forma models ●   
Design and draft investment memorandums on potential acquisitions ●   
Hold seminars to new investors periodically
Skills and Qualifications
技能要求 ●   
Professionals as a financial advisor, insurance broker or mortgage agent in a financial institution is preferred ●   
New graduates with
desire for fast learning and hardworking is welcome ●   
Good communicator with the ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner ●   
Knowledge in real estate investment or private equity products offering is a plus ●   
Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is a plus Contact
