· Provide orientation to new agents on company policies, products, real estate related resources & tools such as broker loading, typing offers, booking appointments online, and websites
· Ensure all information software, clauses, listings & necessary information is current and that agents are equipped with required software programs
· Complete the monthly branch staff schedule
· Ensure supplies and marketing materials are requisitioned and monitored
· Assist with the implementation of company programs
· Other office admin duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge and interest in real estate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel programs. Knowledge of E-mail, Spreadsheet, Word Processing.
Must fluent in both english and mandarin
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication
