  • MAIN DUTIES:
  • · Act as key resource for agents, consulting with and providing advice and training with computer support
  • · Reception duties -- answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins, input messages using Touchbase Commander (internal paging system)
  • · Provide orientation to new agents on company policies, products, real estate related resources & tools such as broker loading, typing offers, booking appointments online, and websites
  • · Ensure all information software, clauses, listings & necessary information is current and that agents are equipped with required software programs
  • · Complete the monthly branch staff schedule
  • · Ensure supplies and marketing materials are requisitioned and monitored
  • · Assist with the implementation of company programs
  • · Other office admin duties as assigned

  • QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge and interest in real estate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel programs. Knowledge of E-mail, Spreadsheet, Word Processing.
  • Must fluent in both english and mandarin
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including superior written and spoken communication
