New Vehicle Sales & Lead management Consultant

Yorkdale Volkswagen is growing! As a result of our continued success, we have an opening for a Bilingual New Vehicles Sales & Leasing Consultant (English and Mandarin).

We are looking for top performers who are self-motivated and results driven, that can demonstrate the highest level of customer service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•        Establish relationships with clients.
•        Ask clients qualifying questions to determine their needs and provide vehicle options accordingly. 
•        Meet and exceed unit sales targets for new cars and related products and services.
•        Complete and submit to manager activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly progress reports, and monthly.
•        Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, accessories, and services of Yorkdale Volkswagen.
•        Assume full responsibility for the entire sales process, including:
o        Getting to know the client;
o        Accommodating the client’s product preference via a presentation and demonstration;
o        Finding the right vehicle for the client via product supply resources;
o        Determining the best trade-in value via a fair and equitable process;
o        Satisfying the client’s purchasing needs via a seamless sales process;
o        Preparing the client for ownership by ensuring a smooth and thorough delivery that accommodates all of the client’s expectations;
o        Establishing a sustained consultative relationship with each client.
•        Follow up with undecided clients and prospects, utilizing various methods of communication, from follow-up phone calls to letters or customized brochures highlighting the features of interest.
•        Develop new business and leads to increase client base through focused personal marketing efforts that may include, but are not limited to, direct mail, networking affiliations, social media, and telemarketing. Follow up on all leads generated by Volkswagen, the website, walk-ins, off-lease reports, prospect reports, the call centre, referrals, and aftersales.

        MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

•        Valid Canadian Driver’s License in good standing
•        Valid OMVIC License
•        Must speak both English and Mandarin
•        Previous Automotive Sales experience
•        Ability to speak Cantonese is an asset
•        Process oriented
•        An ambitious drive to learn and grow your professional skillset
•        Possess a can-do attitude and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
•        Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a lucrative career
•        Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•        Resourceful, well organized, dependable and detail oriented
•        Ability to work with minimal supervision
•        Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
