Responsibilities include the following:

• Greeting customers and offering assistance.
  
• Answering customer’s questions concerning location, price, and useof the merchandise.
  
• Processing point of sale transactions.
  
• Bagging merchandise or directing the customer to pick up location.
  
• Calling and confirming the appointment.
  
• Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge information, promotions and sale items.
  
• Actively problem solving and positively resolving customer issues and complaints.
  
• Accepting and processing special orders.
  
• Accepting, documenting and communicating delivery requests with detailed directions.
  
• Processing returns, shortages, and warrantee transactions.
  

• Keep store clean.
  
• Writing wechat post.
