Office Administrator (Must Speak Chinese)


Responsibility:

• Welcome and greet customers in a professional manner
  
• Answer all incoming calls and provide consulting to customers
  
• Prepare regular reports and presentations
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
  
• Accurately describe financial product features and benefits
  
• To determine specific scheduling requirements
  
• Assist with sending out general office notifications to all staff
  
• Build up and retain a long relationship with the client
  
• Processing the paperwork for opening and closing account in CRM system
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Requirement:

• Proven working experience in the financial industry
  
• Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  
• Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  
• People-oriented and results-driven
  
• Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Basic administration skills
  
• Able to develop and expand the relevant network

• Junior / Senior Financial Advisor (Must have LLQP or willing to be obtained within the first 90 days after hired)
