Key Responsibilities
Welcome, engage, and connect with customers in-store
Describe the features and benefits of heat-not-burn tobacco products to customers
Utilize computer terminals and complete transactions accurately and efficiently
Manage incoming orders by website, phone, email, and in-person
Keep the store clean and organized
Team Player with a positive attitude & highest integrity

Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
Experience in the tobacco industry is preferred
Self-motivated and has the ability to work with little supervision
Full-time availability to work varied flexible schedules
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills


Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
8-hour shift
Max 40 hours/week (Included weekends)
Experience:
sales: 1 year (Preferred)
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
