This is an excellent opportunity to get in-depth HR applied knowledge in a full-service HR agency. You will be able to pursue personal learning goals in Human Resources capacity primarily in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Health and Safety, in-house HRIS System and some Payroll knowledge.

• Full-time hours, with an opportunity to become a Permanent employee
  
• Intern must be a co-op student obtaining credit at University/College to participate in our internship program.
  
• Training will be provided, an unpaid position with transportation allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment for Light Labour roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing)
  
• Conduct test, background checks, and reference checks
  
• Preparation of required new hire paperwork
  
• Continually build a pipeline of talent to accommodate for current client demands
  
• Learn how to create and maintain postings for available positions
  
• Participates in other recruiting requirements as assigned
