E-COMMERCEOPERATION MANAGER Rolesand Responsibilities _________________________________________________________________________ Our ideal candidate is an innovative retailer who is obsessive aboutcustomer behavior and focused on understanding how and why people shop, knowstheir numbers inside and out, and is passionate about owning the success ofscaling our online business in an omni-channel environment. Success in thisrole requires the right balance of vision and operational excellence, andcollaboration with team members in Planning, Customer Experience, Finance andLogistics, as well as Commercial and Marketing peers Responsibilitiesand Duties Day to Day Operation/ Management ·
Responsible for daily e-commerceoperation and assign duties, including sales, customer service, target trafficpromotions, data analysis, merchandise selection optimization, fulfillment andreturns. ·
Manage all warehouseactivities in support of pick, pack, shipping, receiving, and inventory controloperations and implement solutions for fulfillment issues including ordermispacks and transit time delays ·
Develop and document acatalog of SOPs and best practices for all operating systems and maintainsstrict inventory control processes and rules. ·
Review, analyze, modifyand implement efficient and effective daily plans, department processes,policies, and procedures, and continuously improve cost, speed, and accuracyperformance of distribution network ·
Analyze data to assessperformance and implement improvements sales and operation ·
Responsibilities includeinterviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, anddirecting work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Marketing ·
Identify and surveymarket trends, new product launches/ innovations, and stay up to date on trendsin the e-commerce and retail industry ·
Coordinate marketingsupport and execution of assets with digital, marketing, and/or web agency ·
Manage online brand andproduct campaigns to raise brand awareness; Oversee the social media strategyfor the company & Social Media Calendar Building/Execution ·
Ensure innovative anduser-friendly customer-facing features for e-commerce platforms Experience, Education andDesignations: ·
Diploma / Degree inrelated discipline or equivalent experience ·
5+ years of experiencein scaling ecommerce businesses in multi-channel environments, preferably inCPG industry ·
Minimum 3 years ofsupervisory / manager experience Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: ·
Strong business acumenwith entrepreneurial mindset ·
Proven leadership inP&L management ·
Demonstrates creativethinking and problem solving, with ability to leverage and translate data intomeaningful action ·
Business level knowledgeof the technology ecosystem that supports an ecommerce business eg. SalesforceCommerce Cloud, Google Analytics, Product Information Management tools, ProductReview platforms, Fraud Management Solutions, and Order Management Systems ·
Must have acollaborative spirit, keen sense of organization and attention to detail
Exceptionalinterpersonal, communication and presentation skills, particularly withexecutive leaders ·
Strong sense of urgencyand ability to respond to changing situations, with track record ofprioritizing efforts based on ROI ·
Recognized as a subjectmatter expert in online retailing with deep understanding of industry bestpractices and relevant business models ·
Excellent leadership,team-building and management skills ·
