Compensation based on experience Responsibilities: Reception of walk-in customer (showroom tour, product introduction, contact info recording) Provide information and sales support to customers Answer incoming calls and ensure customers get accurate answers efficiently regarding – product information availability, delivery, pricing Create and update contents for social media platforms, establish more connections through social media with designers, contractors etc. Provide administrative support to the team Maintain and organize front reception area Schedule and maintain appointments Completing other assigned duties Willing to work weekend shifts Skills and Knowledge: · Excellent oral and written communication skills and willing to learn · Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook · Graphic design/video editing is an asset · Pleasant, audible, and friendly phone manner · Sense of urgency and initiative · Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment · Must have attention to detail and accuracy Must be able to work well under pressure and with a diverse range of personalities Ability to manage stressful situations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Salary: $16.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits: On-site parking Paid time off Store discount Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
