Job description Skyreach Group Inc.is a manufacturer of Vinyl Patio doors and Window Extrusions servicing customers in Canada and USA. We are currently looking for a highly driven, self-motivated professional with a strong attitude to customer service to add value to our team. The successful candidate will be one who shows an exemplary attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to the changing environment. The CSR and Inside Sales is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and is required to work as part of a team. Duties: · Build and manage relationships with existing clients. · Care for our customers by delivering a high level of service. · Manage order processing from receipt to delivery to customers within Canada and USA. · Coordinate service calls from time to time. · Provide quotations to customers and assist with general inquiries. · Ability to correspond proficiently in a formal and professional manner with customers. · Cold calling to generate new business. · Other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience: · Must proficient in English written and verbal communication · An overall positive and professional demeanor. · Ability to learn new skills and technical aspects of manufacturing. · A high level of integrity displaying ethics and a commendable value system. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. · Experience in the patio door and window industry will be an asset but is not a requirement. · Company group benefit is provided to employees Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From $38,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Vision care Schedule: 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: Secondary School (preferred) Experience: Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
