Excellent customer service attitude Job Duties: • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. • Answer telephone calls in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices or take messages. • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures) • Assist customers with their information/product requirements in-person and via phone/email. • Book appointment with customers for one-on-one consultations • Accept payments at the front desk, follow up and liaise between staff and / or clients. • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. • Respond to complaints when customers experience problems. • Documenting customer interactions • Use relationship management software to create client records and to manage support tickets, record issues, and resolutions. • Contact suppliers place orders and request documents.
