Basic requirement: 1, Working experience in Kitchen design/interior design 2 Proficient Microsoft Office word and excel. 3. Excellent communication skills in English. 4. Hard working, and self motivated. 5. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise 6. Excellent organizational skills 7. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks 8. Excellent customer service attitude Job Duties: • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. • Answer telephone calls in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices or take messages. • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures) • Assist customers with their information/product requirements in-person and via phone/email. • Book appointment with customers for one-on-one consultations • Accept payments at the front desk, follow up and liaise between staff and / or clients. • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries. • Respond to complaints when customers experience problems. • Documenting customer interactions • Use relationship management software to create client records and to manage support tickets, record issues, and resolutions. • Contact suppliers place orders and request documents.
