Your new role
As Condominium Manager, you will manage some of the company's Residential and/or Retail-Commercial property portfolio across GTA/Toronto. You will lead in knowledge of Condominium Act, management and maintenance to ensure quality service, and to achieve the highest level of customer care. You will provide key insights and direction on all matters which pertain to property operations, and reporting.

• 负责运营报告编制及数据分析，持续优化管理表现

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will bring minimum 2+ years' experience in Condominium Management, with reputable companies, specializing in Residential and/or Retail-Commercial properties. You will be experienced in the day-to-day operations and be capable managing staff, providing any mentoring or guidance as required. You will have CMRAO General License designation. Due to the nature of this portfolio, spoken & written Chinese skills is essential.

• 具备至少2年共管物业管理相关经验，曾任职于信誉良好的物业管理公司
• 拥有住宅及/或零售与商业物业的管理经验
• 熟悉物业日常运营管理，具备团队管理能力，并能够提供有效的指导与培训
• 持有 CMRAO 普通执照（General License）
• 因岗位职责需要，须具备良好的中英文口头及书面沟通能力

Salary: 70,000 CAD annually
Paid Period: Bi-weekly
