密市贸易公司为密市总店与北约克分店招店内销售主管。主要负责店铺产品分类，整理，销售，客服和店面的广告宣传。同时网络销售分店的订单处理，发货跟进和售后服务。希望求职者要有一两年店铺销售经验和销售技巧，电脑相关的基本办公技能，流利英文，以客户为重，吃苦耐劳，有积极的心态，自己有车有驾照。工作长期稳定。

工作时间：店铺时间周一到周六 9:00 am ~ 5:30 pm，工作时间40~44/week，周六必须上班，周中轮休一天
工作地点： 密西沙加中心；北约克市中心
薪水： 三级待遇，$17/hour有保障底薪，整个店内团队的销售提成，以及分店股权分红。

Key Responsibilities:

–Plans and directs the day-to-day sales operations of the production
–Receive and process store products (inventory, label, store)
–Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability
–Demonstrated time schedule for employee
–Operate Online store to sell and delivery products, follow up customer feedback
–Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient
–Ensures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
–Demonstrated time schedule for employee
–Advertisement post through mutli-platform to promote company and products

Qualifications:

–A high-level of experience in retail sales and customer service is required
–Experience building high-performance teams
–Moving and lifting products by hand or basic material handling equipment
–Qualities including professional, resilient, open-minded, innovative, and tech-savvy are all preferred
–Bilingual in Chinese is mandatory

Working hour: Monday to Saturday 9:00 am ~ 5:30 pm, one day off during weekday

Location: Mississauga

Salary： $17/hr during the probation, will have team benefit and dividend.
