任职要求:

1.大专及以上学历;
2.良好的沟通能力和协调组织能力,工作细致认真,责任心强;
3.中英文精通,并具备优秀的口头及书面能力,会粤语者更佳;
4.熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件,尤其Excel,PPT技巧突出者优先;
5.金融理财或客户服务相关从业经验者优先;
6.欢迎留学生,公司职位可转工签;

We are currently hiring a Full-time Office Administrator/Receptionist in Oakville office, Ontario.

Requirements:

1.College diploma or above;
2.Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility;
3.Proficient in both Chinese and English, excellent oral and written skills, ability to communicate in Cantonese is an asset;
4.Proficient in Microsoft Office software, excellent Excel and PPT skills are preferred;
5.Experience in finance or customer service is preferred;
6.International students are welcome. This position is open for work visa application;
