Year-round full time positions in a fast paced high-end seasonal retail furniture business. The positions are in a high-end outdoor furniture store that will be opening in the spring at end of April.
Job Summary
Support the launch of an exciting new 10,000 square foot retail store location in Toronto (near Yorkdale Mall area).
Consult with customers during the buying process.
Manage a team of sales associates to drive sales results.
Support the creation and execution of in-store sales and pricing strategies.
Communicate performance results to the senior management team.
Identify and communicate opportunities as it relates to employee development, sales and pricing strategies, and marketing promotions.

Hours include weekends, but the job provides for lots of flexibility in the off-season. So this job would be perfect for someone looking to manage a positive work-life balance.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
– 5+ Years of Retail Management Experience
– Experience in managing people
– Experience with MS or Quickbooks Retail Management software applications is an asset.
– Strong PC skills, MS Office
– An “Eye” for home design & decor.
– Strong interpersonal relationship building skills.
Work hours: Full-time, 40~44 hours/week Salary: $35,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year of base salary plus commision Commission will get by monthly basis. New store location: near YORK DALE MALL
