Tech sales associate NewIndex is an Information Technology & Services Computer Software Telecommunications company based in Markham. Our product is WeChat mini program. We are looking for a sales associate to build and develop market position by locating,developing, defining, negotiating, and creating business relationships, with companies that need to hire us for our services. Key Responsibilities -Achieve quota and revenue targets -Technical sales engineer specializing in information technology product and WeChat mini program -Responsible for customer-facing sales engagements including designing and delivering WeChat mini program solution presentations and product demos to customers in greater Toronto area -Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers on a technical level,and act as a trusted advisor. -Provide technical sales assistance to the NewIndex sales team. -Work independently and as a team player, assisting multiple diverse projects. -Act as the single point of contact for all commercial tender responses and assume the lead role between NewIndex and the customer -Responsible for answering all technical questions in meetings, presentations and those contained in WeChat mini program documents. -Responsible for creating technical solution proposals including hardware/software dimensioning of WeChat mini program -Work closely with Product Management as a customer advocate and part of the change request process -Act as a liaison for the sales team to keep them abreast of the latest advances and developments within the product set -Provide leadership to the post-sale handover process to the content writer team including Scope of Work documentation
Key Requirements-
-Fluency in English and Mandarin

-Must have minimum one year sales experience. Retail sales experience does not count
-Must own vehicle, company will pay for travel allowance
