必須會講流利廣東話,會寫中英文。 負責所有行政上工作,例如秘書和前台接線。 自備車者優先。

JOB DUTIES

  • Courteously receive and screen all inbound calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Coordinate staff activities
  • Review, evaluate and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping functions
  • Assist with report and presentation preparation.
  • Maintain a consistently professional image and demeanor with all clients, employees, supervisors, management, and executives.
  • Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required.
