【Position Purpose and Objectives】
Design and maintain the Fuantuan user software in a high level to provide a best-in-class user experience. Thinking holistically about UX and product design to improve the usability, accessibility and efficiency of software.

【Essential Job Functions】
1. Collaborate with project manager to set up product goals by using methodologies like market analysis, marketing strategy and user research.
2. Create information architecture, process flow, prototype and wireframe to effectively conceptualize interaction design to both meets users needs and company goals.
3. According to the wireframes, create UI design, style guide.
4. Collaborate with development team to bring projects from design concepts to launch, while managing timescales with project management
5. Analyze user behaviours by data basis and collect the problems from other departments to optimize the functions and user experience of software.

【Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required】
- Holistic design thinking skills and knowledge of User research, UX design principles and development web/apps
- Ability to handle the UX design process dependently.
- Knowledgeable on design trends in user experience design and visual design.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various designers, developers and stakeholders.
- Great team spirit and positive attitude.
- Modest to accept other’s feedback or suggestion.
