TDNC is a leading construction & designing company located in Coquitlam, we are seeking experienced interior designer to join us as soon as possible.

Education: Completion of university degree in interior designing or related program.
Skills and Experience
•   Minimum five years experience in residential and commercial internal designing.
•   Ability to work with designers with international experience.
•   Passionate about keeping abreast of current design trends and are constantly researching the newest and best products and materials available in the marketplace.
•   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•   Expertise in creating and obtaining approval for Client Proposals.
•   Ability to lead Design Presentations
Job Duties
•   Attend initial meetings with new clients to develop project goals and requirements.
•   Assist in preparing budgets and contracts for design projects.
•   Work closely with the Principal and/or project coordinator to plan and manage project scheduling and resource allocation.
•   Provide leadership and direction to project team members and ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to HID standards.
•   Assist the Principal with the design process for projects of various sizes and complexities.
•   Discuss and understand clients requirements, objective of use of space, preferences and other requirements.
•   Prepare plans, drawings, elevations and cross sections.
•   Advise on colors, finishes, materials, floor and wall coverings, interior and exterior lighting, furniture and other items considering occupational and health standards.
•   Provide estimate of material cost.
•   Prepare plans and specifications for the final interior designs in accordance with current practices and codes.
•   Develop detailed plans and models showing arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, fixtures and lighting.
•   Prepare designs by using computer-assisted design (CAD) software and graphics software.
Language requirement ：
Basic Oral & Written English. Mandarin or Korean Speaking is add value.

Computer Experience
MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, 3D graphic software, AutoCAD, MS Excel
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Wages: 24-28 CAD per hour Overtime: 36-42 CAD
Hours: 35 – 40 hours week
Vacation: 2 Weeks
