Responsible for the product design of simulation strategy games, including but not limited to gameplay design and system function design. Designs must be unique, and well-received by the players.2. Able to come up with new mobile game ideas with details quickly and efficiently. Produce new game demos, and carry out rigorous testing continuously to meet players’ expectations.3. Analyze existing genre-specific and broader market best practices to make recommendations for game teams & incubation pitches.4. Contribute new design ideas on ways to engage players, and collaborate with the team on feature roadmaps.5. Take shared responsibility for the game’s overall design vision, and ensure that the whole development team shares and agrees on the vision.6. Assist project lead in the formation and management of the team.7. Other tasks assigned by the team.Requirements：1. Preferably with experience in the launch of at least one mobile game.2. Passion for simulation strategy mobile games.3. 3+ years of experience designing a monetization product, distribution mechanism or system from scratch in the video game industry.3. Skillful in using different game design software. Eager to learn new ideas, techniques and trends to help the game development.4. Strong communication skills, and understand how to present ideas with effect and impact.5. Good understanding of game balance and playability. Creative and welcome challenges.6. A proven track record of designing meta-game, systems, and economies within the constraints of SLG game systems.7.
