Job description:We are looking for a Web and Graphic Designer who is experienced in creating effective UI/UX designs for web, print media, and social media marketing. The Web and Graphic Designer will work with a creative team of marketers and developers with the analysis, interpretation, and execution of projects.Job Duties and Responsibilities:- Work together with digital marketing specialists, account managers, and web developers throughout the design process, from conceptualization to generation of visual designs for print, website, and social media.- Take part in the consultation process with clients to understand expectations and requirements. - Coordinate with team to complete design engagements Assist with layouts and flows of the website to optimize the user experience and usability.- Create captivating visual designs for social media and digital marketing purposes- Perform additional responsibilities and duties related to web and graphic designRequired Skills and Knowledge:- Training/education in web design, UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field- Proficiency in design and technical skills Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop- Knowledge of best practices for UX/UI Knowledge of best practices for digital marketing- Excellent interpersonal, client interaction, and teamwork skills- Work ethics and attitudes that fit in a small-sized organization有意请联系：(778) 385-7988
