Mechanical 3D R & D Designer – Contractor PositionWe currently have an opportunity for mechanical 3D Reach and Development designer - contractor position, with training and paid by experiences and project basis.Responsibilities:You will design the each part component and mechanism system for molded cased circuit breaker (MCCB) and miniature circuit breaker (MCB) including:• Design, develop and manufacturing implementation of 15 to 125A, 208V or 600V MCB, etc• Design, develop and manufacturing implementation of CSA or UL accepted electrical enclosure, cabinet, other electrical equipment, and etc.• 2D and 3D modeling design in AutoCAD, Fusion 360 or invertor• Support manufacturing implementation of products through design for manufacturing and design for assembly• Support engineer to design building power distribution and lighting system• Ability to travel to manufacturer’s site for coordination and supervisionKey Requirements:• Minimum 3 years’ experience in AutoCad and 3D software – Fusion 360 or invertor• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing mechanism parts and system design• Experience in electrical enclosure/cabinet design/service entry equipment is a plus• Good knowledge of Canadian electrical codes and UL standards• Ability to design independently and coordinate with all respects.• Good knowledge of other industry and regulatory standards and design criteria is a plus.• Proficiency in a variety of standard engineering methods and techniques.Skills:• Strong technical and design skills.• Ability to timely identify and resolve issues.• Attention to details and accuracy.• Ability to work with minimal supervision.Please send your resume by Email, if you are interested.
