Open Positions: Gate/Fence Designer (with Partial Admin Duties) -Female Preferred
1. Key Responsibilities:
1.1 Design custom gates for residential and commercial projects, including concept plans and technical drawings.
1.2 Conduct on-site measurements and assess installation conditions.
1.3 Coordinate with clients, the factory, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
1.4 Provide light administrative support, including document preparation, internal coordination, and scheduling.
2. Requirements:
2.1 Degree or diploma in Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field.
2.2 Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
2.3 Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
2.4 Proactive, responsible, and results-driven — takes initiative, follows up on tasks, and communicates updates in a timely manner.
2.5 Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
2.6 Valid Canadian driver’s license and comfort with driving to job sites.
3. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience studying in a Canadian high school or post-secondary institution is strongly preferred, to ensure familiarity with local culture and communication style.
