Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Specialist with a strong ability to integrate data-driven insights and compelling visual storytelling. This role is responsible for elevating the social media presence of multiple brands through strategic content development, high-quality visual production, and consistent community engagement.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies.
Plan, organize, and manage content calendars aligned with brand and campaign priorities.
Create polished visual content, including graphics, layouts, Reels, and short-form videos, in line with brand guidelines.
Write clear, engaging captions and social copy with a storytelling focus.
Conduct social listening, competitor research, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage daily community engagement, including comments, DMs, and interaction-driven activities.
Support paid social efforts by providing creative assets and contributing audience and performance insights.
Track key performance metrics and deliver concise monthly analytics reports.
Collaborate with UI/UX, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital channels.
What we’re looking for
1+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation; agency experience is an asset.
Strong visual design skills, with a solid foundation in typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of platform formats, user behavior, and trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and RedNotes.
