Ensuring that company guidelines and OH&S regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and clean work environment;3. Coordinating day-to-day operations, including set work shift, monitor staff performance and providing training to employees on a regular basis;4. Supervising, leading and motivating employees;5. Reporting any problems or accidents to senior management;6. Collecting customer’s feedback and comments and addressing client’s concerns;7. Assisting with procurement of supplies and inventory management;8.
