能够处理客户投诉，应对快节奏的工作压力
能够与其他同事团队合作，培训初级服务员

Looking for lovely individuals who have Outgoing character
At least 2yrs related working experience
Understanding customer service experience
passionate on hospitality industry
Great customer communication skills
Speak Mandarin , English , speaking Cantonese is asset
Holding vaild serve it right certificate
Understanding kitchen operations and basic cooking knowledge
Basic knowledge on wine and sake
Able to deal with customers complain, handle fast pace pressure
Able to teamwork with other co workers and train junior server
