廚房主管 招聘中!

工作內容與職責:

我們正在尋找一位有經驗且具責任感的廚房經理,加入我們的籌備團隊,確保營運順利展開。職責包括但不限於:

庫存與物料管理:負責每日點貨、盤點庫存,控管食材進出與使用效率,確保庫存充足且不浪費。

品質監控:嚴格監督食材品質與保存條件,確保所有餐點符合公司出品標準與衛生規範。

廚房運作規劃:熟悉整體廚房作業流程,負責標準作業流程(SOP)的制定與執行,提升營運效率。

現場管理:實地監督廚房日常運作,維持出餐品質、速度與穩定性。

人員管理:安排廚房團隊的排班與人力調度,培訓與指導員工,建立高效團隊合作氛圍。

人才招募與試用:參與新進廚房人員的招募、面試與試工評估。

衛生與安全管理:確保廚房環境符合食品衛生與安全規範,並主動落實相關清潔作業。

跨部門協調:與前場、行政等部門保持良好溝通,協助餐廳整體營運協調。

定期回報與會議安排:主動向總公司回報營運狀況,並安排定期會議檢討與優化廚房管理。

Kitchen Manager – Now Hiring!

Job Description & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Kitchen Manager to join our pre-opening team and ensure smooth daily operations. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Inventory & Materials Management

Handle daily stock checks and inventory control

Manage food supply usage and ordering

Ensure sufficient stock while minimizing waste

Quality Control

Monitor ingredient quality and storage conditions

Ensure all dishes meet company standards and food safety regulations

Kitchen Operations Planning

Oversee kitchen workflow and processes

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency

On-Site Supervision

Monitor day-to-day kitchen operations

Maintain consistency in food quality and preparation speed

Staff Management

Manage kitchen staff scheduling and manpower allocation

Train, guide, and support team members to foster strong collaboration

Hiring & Trial Management

Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and trial evaluations of new kitchen staff

Hygiene & Safety

Ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety standards

Take initiative in enforcing regular cleaning and sanitation practices

Cross-Department Communication

Maintain effective communication with front-of-house, admin, and other departments to ensure overall operational coordination

Reporting & Meetings

Provide regular operational updates to head office

Organize routine meetings for performance reviews and improvement discussions
