岗位职责：

1. 操作洗碗机，必要时手洗餐具和玻璃器皿

2. 及时处理洗好的餐具和玻璃器皿，并妥善存放至指定位置

3. 执行餐厅区域特别是后厨的基本清洁任务

4. 整理步入式冷藏柜和冷冻柜中的物品

5. 帮忙搬运箱子、食材、椅子和桌子等物品

6. 对所有专有信息（包括但不限于配方和标准操作流程 SOP）严格保密

7. 保持厨房区域的清洁和消毒

任职要求：

1. 流利的普通话或英语（懂粤语、日语或韩语者优先）

2. 有厨房或餐饮业的熟练洗碗经验者优先

3. 性格开朗、工作勤奋，具有良好的服务意识

4. 能适应快节奏的工作环境，并具备良好的团队协作能力

5. 能接受轮班工作，包括周末和法定节假日

Company Introduction:

Aqua Royale Health Club is a large, upscale wellness and leisure center that offers a comprehensive range of services, including dining, wellness therapies, traditional Chinese medicine, and registered massage therapy (RMT). Our club spans approximately 60,000 square feet, featuring well-equipped facilities and a relaxing environment, making it an ideal destination for physical and mental rejuvenation. We are proud to have a professional restaurant and a specialty beverage bar, delivering diverse culinary experiences to our guests. As part of our Food and Beverage Department, we are seeking meticulous and efficient Dishwashers to support smooth kitchen operations and uphold hygiene standards. Please see the job responsibilities and requirements below:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operate dishwashers, washing dishes and glassware by hand when needed

2. Unload dishes and glassware promptly and store them in the appropriate places

3. Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises

4. Organizes items within the walk-in coolers and freezers

5. Lifts/moves boxes, chairs, and tables as needed, and assists with unloading groceries

6. Maintains confidentiality regarding all propriety information, including but not limited to recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP’s“)

7. Keeps all kitchen areas clean and sanitized

Job Requirements:

1. Fluent in Mandarin OR English (Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean are a plus)

2. Prior experience as a dishwasher in the kitchen/food service industry is preferred

3. Cheerful and diligent individuals with a strong service mindset

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a strong team player

5. Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
