主要工作职责：

计划、组织、指导、控制和评估餐厅、酒吧、自助餐厅或其他食品或饮料服务的运营

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria, or other food or beverage service.

确定要提供的服务类型并实施运营程序

Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.

招聘员工并监督员工培训

Recruit staff and oversee staff training.

设定员工工作时间表并监督员工表现

Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.

控制库存、监控收入并修改程序和价格

Control inventory, monitor revenues, and modify procedures and prices.

解决顾客投诉并确保遵守健康和安全法规

Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

与供应商协商食品和其他物资的安排

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

与客户协商宴会或招待会的餐饮或设施使用安排

Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
