Senior HR Specialist | Richmond, BC
We’re partnering with a fast-growing international company seeking a Senior HR Specialist (COE – Talent Development / Organizational Development / Total Rewards) to join its expanding HR team in Richmond, British Columbia.
About the Role You’ll design, implement, and scale HR programs that strengthen leadership, improve organizational effectiveness, and optimize total rewards strategy. This role is perfect for an HR professional who thrives on building structure and driving impact in a dynamic, people-first organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain TD/OD initiatives including leadership programs, performance enablement, and succession planning.
• Execute and enhance Total Rewards programs — salary structures, benchmarking, and benefits coordination.
• Partner with leaders to identify development needs and deliver practical, scalable HR solutions.
• Coordinate learning management activities and training data reporting.
• Support employee engagement and change management initiatives across regions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including TD/OD and Total Rewards exposure.
• Local HR experience in BC; familiar with employment standards and C&B practices.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• HRIS, LMS, and analytics proficiency.
• CPHR or CCP/GRP designation preferred.
Location: Richmond, BC
