Full job description Beverage Powder Production Worker
We're expanding and looking for a Beverage Powder Production Worker to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands on work, take pride in doing things well, and want to contribute to a company rooted in Bubble Tea Supplies, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role You'll play a key part in producing high-quality bubble tea powder. This position involves operating equipment, maintaining production flow, and supporting a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. We offer real training, a positive atmosphere, and opportunities to grow for the right person.
What We Are Looking We are specifically seeking someone who is: - A team player with effective verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision. - Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and stacking items up to 25 kg / 55 lbs. - Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to food safety, product quality, production processes, and equipment operation. - Dependable with a positive attitude, detail-oriented, and highly focused on food safety and cleanliness. - Experience in manufacturing, food production, or machinery operation is an asset, but we're willing to train the right individual who shows aptitude and initiative.
Key Responsibilities - Assist with batching, weighing, and mixing ingredients according to production specifications and quality standards - Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products- Operate, monitor, and clean production equipment - Maintain sanitation and follow all food safety protocols - Complete repetitive tasks with precision and consistency - Keep production areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards - Support a safe, efficient, and collaborative working environment
