Able to create high-quality models (character and hard surface) with limited polygons in short time period base on the pre-existing art designs;2. Need to be proficient in the application of hand-painted PBR, understand the logic of card rendering, and have a good sense of color compositions and overall aesthetics.3. Communicate with other art-related subdivisions, improving the overall character quality.4. Able to iterate on sketches (eg. adding more detail)5. Able to multitask many related elements6.
