Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, RedNotes).

· Plan, organize, and manage content calendars aligned with brand marketing objectives.

· Produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, layouts, Reels, and short-form videos that align with brand guidelines.

· Create engaging captions, post copy, and storytelling-driven social content.

· Conduct social listening, competitor research, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for engagement and growth.

· Manage day-to-day community interactions, including comments, messages, and audience engagement activities.

· Support paid social campaigns by preparing creative assets and contributing to audience insights.

· Monitor key performance metrics and prepare clear monthly analytics reports.

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills

· 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.

· Demonstrated graphic design skills with a strong sense of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.

· Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design software.

· Strong understanding of content styles, and platform trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and RedNotes.
